I’m Damon Rector, a creative director and storyteller specializing in sports video, design, and brand-focused content.
From leading hype videos at Butler to collaborating on national-level campaigns, I take an athlete-first, audience-minded approach to every project. My experience spans video production, design, and social strategy, with work featured by Sports Illustrated, Fox Sports, and ESPN.
As a Butler University graduate (Class of 2019), I’m proud to have built a creative program where student interns have gone on to roles with the Indiana Fever, Indiana Pacers, Cal Athletics, Big Ten Network, and IndyCar (Fox). I’m passionate about creating content that moves fast, hits hard, and tells a story worth watching.
